July 7, 2016 –40ft Container Crushes Bus & Okadas At Alakija Bus Stop On Oshodi Apapa Road Lagos, 5 Killed
5 people died on Wednesday while several others were injured as a 40ft container fell on a mini commercial bus at Alakija Bus Stop on the popular Oshodi-Apapa Expressway in Lagos.
According to eyewitnesses, over 10 people died in the accident. It was gathered that the accident occurred about 8a.m. when the truck, with registration number KRD 526 XP conveying the 40ft container, lost control and rammed into the motorcycles and a commercial bus.
